We seem to have a good little community going on and that is in large part down to you guys as well as our staff, so thank you! New Equipment
We have had a custom built Iso Lateral Front Pull Down machine made – it’s on its way and should be installed in the next couple of weeks. Let us know what you think when it turns up!

Bootcamp Classes
Keep an eye on our website and emails for details on our upcoming Bootcamps in the New Year – we are very excited about these and expect them to be popular, so make sure you get your name down for one next time you are in the gym. Also – we may be introducing some circuit classes in the near future….final details are being organised!

Personal Training Vouchers
We are now able to offer the perfect gift for you or a loved one – PT Vouchers can be purchased in the gym to keep for yourself or give to someone. Just pop down to the gym and we can sort it out!

Membership Availability
