Mark Holding has been involved in the fitness industry for over 35 years 

Having performed at a high level in three sports athletics basketball and karate himself, he has a wide knowledge of programming and developing individuals.
He is currently a practicing 6th Dan black belt and also a Regional England coach for kumite (sparring)
Mark can offer structured instruction and programming from the novice to the elite, first time gym goers to international level athletes.

Having near 20 years training experience within gyms, along side competing in multiple sports. 

12 years of working in the fitness industry, years coaching both group and 1-2-1 sessions.
Has lead me to build up a high level of experience within the industry.
